I have been privileged to hear Skonka bless my ears countless times throughout the LA Tech House Underground scene. His song selection and very keen style of mixing is what made me a number one supporter from the jump. If you love House music for the groove and dance-ability of it then make sure you catch one of his sets if you ever see him on the line up. YOU HEARD THAT HOUSE HEADS? Relatively speaking I'm fairly new to the house scene. Only being truly introduced in around 2019, I have only been actively listening for a few years. Around 2019 was also when I was first introduced to the concept of "Afters," after hour parties that go past the typical 2 AM club or bar events, by my good friend Stavo Ranger (IG: @stavoranger). It wasn't long after that initial warehouse show that I was hooked by the tantalizing rhythmic beats of the Tech House sub genre of House Music. I like to pride myself in searching out and finding the best of the best, whether they have 2 followers or 200,000. So clearly it was destined that I were to stumble upon the great DJ and Music Producer Bingewatch in Los Angeles. When I first saw him perform live I was absolutely blown away by the song selections, edits, and transition choices. I was definitely watching a master at work, someone who had put in hundreds of hours into his craft. Every single time after that his performances only continued to further peak my interest. You think eventually you would get stale of sets that include the same genre of music, but not with Binge he continued to bring the heat and also include edits of songs from a multitude of other genres and decades. His sets feel like a trip through memory lane accompanied with really sick beats.

Currently his newest release, Crunk, is a colab with the talented Wenzday (IG:@wenzdaymusic) on the world famous Hood Politics Records (Listen Here). The duo take a party-inspired Tech House twist on the classic Family Affair paying homage to the incredible Mary J. Blige. This song is perfect for any club, house party, drive on the freeway, workout, or whenever you just really want to groove! This has been my ultimate weapon on my DJ USB, and I love playing it out live! The crowd reaction always gets you going!

All this talent and he decides to help spread the love of the underground. Bingewatch has curated his own late night afters event company called the Blind Tiger. Typically located in Downtown Los Angeles, the Blind Tiger events are full of underground talent paired with crazy headliners from around the world! The talent is absolutely amazing and whenever you go I can guarantee you that you will have an amazing experience. Cool people, dope beats, and a great sound syste: you can't beat that.

Bingewatch is also in a loving relationship with the amazing Jenessa Acosta! Together these two are out of control! Coming from a Bass background, Bingewatch has certainly captivated the Tech House audience and enamored them with hot beats, sick remixes, and amazing DJ performances. Definitely catch a live set from him if he's ever in your city. You can take my word for it that it's going to be really entertaining!
